2. CONTENT OF THE OFFER & AVAILABILITY
All products shown on www.greyfitti.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
Due to the nature of some of our products, they may not be available at all time. When placing your order, ensure that the number, size and price of each item are mentioned correctly on your purchase order.
Our website is updated regularly to ensure that our stock quantities are accurate. However irregularities of availability and shortage may occur. You will be informed about the availability of the items in the product description of the item. In case an order is placed for a product, which is no longer available, it will be marked out ‘ backorder’ and we shall contact you within 72 hours to inform you of the shortage.
Greyfitti reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and remove or edit any material or content of the website without prior notice and without any liability for any damages occurring from the above actions.
3.PRICE & PAYMENT
The price of the Items is shown on the website in euros (€) and is deemed to include 21% VAT (but no delivery charges). The final cost of your order will include the delivery charges.
Greyfitti reserves the right to change the price of products offered on the e-shop at any time and without prior notice. Items are invoiced at the tariffs shown on the E-shop on the date your order is confirmed, subject to the availability of the Items ordered at that precise time.
Greyfitti checks to ensure that all prices shown on the E-shop are accurate. If cannot, however, give any guarantee that no errors have occurred. Should an error in the price of an article occur, Greyfitti will give the client the option of reconfirming the purchase of the Item at the correct price or of cancelling the order. If Greyfitti is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered cancelled.
4.METHODS OF PAYMENT
By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Payment can be made by:
- iDEAL (for the Netherlands only)
- Master Card
- American Express
any other methods that may be advertised on the site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All orders will be dealt with as soon as they have been validated. All the payments made on our E-shop are secured thanks to the process of encoding SSL. The transaction will only be debited against the client’s credit card when the card details have been verified, the company that issued the credit card used by the client has authorized the debit. Greyfitti has confirmed that the Item is available, and the order is ready for shipment. When the total amount of the order is above 5.000€, the client will be invited to pay the cost of his order by banking transfer. If certain articles have been ordered are not available, only the price of those Items that are available and that have been shipped, will be debited.
Transfer of ownership transfer of the good purchased online is confirmed once full payment is validated. Transfer of risk and loss or damage of the purchased good is carried out from the delivery of the Item. Your order will be dispatched once your bank has validated your means of payment and the transfer has been credited to our account.
It is not necessary to create a personal account to submit an order via the Website. When placing your first order, you can decide either you want to create an online account with your personal contact information and keep this up to date.
Only orders placed by adults or persons over 18 years of age will be accepted. By placing an order you certify that you are an adult according to the laws of your country or state of residence. By placing an order to this website the customer states that he has read and understood all the content of these Terms and Conditions.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an e-mail to the email address you have registered with us through our website. Acceptance of your order will occur when and only when we send you an email confirming that we have dispatched the items in your order. The client should check the contents of the order confirmation as soon as possible and let Greyfitti know immediately if there are any errors or omissions. Greyfitti may ask the client to provide additional information by filling a form. This document must be sent by email with a photocopy of the customer ‘s ID and a copy of the type of payment used for the order. Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions, images and specifications of each product are accurate. However, as the actual colors you see will depend of your computer, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the goods delivered. We may from time to time vary dimensions, specifications of goods displayed on the website without prior notice.
We may not be able to accept your order due to the following reasons :
a. the product you have ordered is out of stock.
- there is an error in the product pricing or description.
- failure to meet eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.
In any case of the above cases we will notify you by email within 72 hours of receiving your order.
6.DELIVERY & SHIPPING
For safety reasons, Greyfitti will not process orders to any post office (P.O.) boxes or French CEDEX addresses.

6.2 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs depend on the delivery address.
Shipping is free for orders over 500,00 € for delivery within Holland.
We do not offer free shipping for delivery within Zone 2, 3, 4 and 5.

- EUR 1 : Austria, Belgium, Denmark (exc. Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (inc. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy (exc. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Spain (inc. Balearic Islands, exc. Canary Islands), Sweden, UK (exc. Gibraltar and Channel Islands) : 22 €

6.3 WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT OF DUTIES & TAXES ?
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
6.4 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown for your country or region below.
- The Netherlands – orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Europe – orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days.
- World – orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Delivery rules and restrictions:
- Saturday, Sunday are not classed as business days.
- During busy periods, such as the holiday season or during the sales, delivery may take longer.

Delivery times depend on the Items ordered and on the country in which the order was placed and You will be advised of the delivery time when you place the order. The delay of the delivery is the one mentioned above and should be less than 15 days. Greyfitti cannot be responsible for unforeseeable delays in delivery.
6.5 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS URGENT ?

We will sort out if we can ensure that your order gets to its destination in time. Please keep in mind that additional shipment costs may be charged.
All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by PostNL. While transport the items are insured to Greyfitti.
You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will be notified via email when your order will be dispatched with tracking information for your package. For reasons of security, Items purchased on the E-shop will be delivered in plain packaging to the address linked to the credit card, and the signature of an adult aged 18 years above will be required upon delivery. Please note all items must be signed for. Please ensure that you are able to sign for the package at the delivery address provided when placing your order.
The merchandise must be delivered in the presence of a person who is legally of age, the delivery person handing the recipient the parcel receipt and asking him to sign it. Two (2) attempts will be made to deliver the goods per shipment. Should the parcel be refused, or after (2) attempts to deliver it, the parcel will be returned to Greyfitti. If there is no-one available to take receipt of the parcel, an advice note saying that an attempt had been made to deliver it will be left in the recipient’s letter box. The Client can then contact PostNL to reschedule delivery. When the goods are delivered, you should check that the articles are in order and indicate any reserves you may have in writing, on the delivery note if possible. Please then sign it and note any anomalies observed (parcel opened, damaged, Item damaged, missing etc). You should then contact the customer service by email: email@example.com.
If the articles do not comply with your order or if they are not to your satisfaction, you may return them and ask for an exchange or for a refund within the conditions described here below.
If Greyfitti is unable to deliver items that have been ordered because these have become suddenly unavailable, even temporarily, it will immediately advise the client of this and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest by electronic mail. Any monies already paid by the client will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of payment of monies paid.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. Greyfitti is not responsible for any delay caused by any customs clearance procedures in the country of destination. If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to help you.
8.CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on the numbers shown on your order invoice or by email at email@example.com stating your order number.
Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering. If you notify us for a cancellation later than 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accept your request provided we haven’t processed or dispatched your order yet. If we accept your cancellation request, we will notify you by email to the email you have registered with us.
As soon as we accept your cancellation request, the customer will be refunded to the payment method he/she provided our website. Refunds may take a few days to complete, according to the policies set out by our payment-processing partner.
9.RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Greyfitti is committed to providing high quality products. We want our client to be entirely happy with the jewelry and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, all goods may be returned for an exchange or return within the 14 days from the date you received your order.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unworn, in pristine condition including their original Greyfitti packaging. Damaged or incomplete items are not subject to an exchange or a refund, and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
Upon return of an item our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please contact our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for further questions.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) less our delivery charge once the goods are returned. Please note : you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Greyfitti in order to receive a refund.
In case of defective or wrongly delivered items at the fault of Greyfitti, exchange or refund of payment shall be issued, upon request, unless the defect or the wrong delivery has taken place or is attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please photograph the damaged item immediately and notify us as soon as possible. Please note that we insure all orders against damage during transit. No reclamation will be accepted after 3 working days.
Please note, that international custom charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European community (eu). When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size or engraved or customized on demand, it becomes custom made and it is not returnable and not refundable.
10.GUARANTEE & SERVICES
We offer a one-year limited guarantee for each piece of jewelry bought at Greyfitti e-shop. The warranty only covers damages not caused by accident, improper use, and normal wear and tear.
The guarantee offers also one-year maintenance of the jewel, as cleaning and settings. Any jewel presenting a production default recognized by our technical service is to be repaired or replaced, under guarantee. Any other default caused by an abnormal use (fall, torn jewel, sea water, etc.), will not be covered by the guarantee, but will be repaired when possible. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests. For returning a repair or any inquiry please email email@example.com.
Greyfitti constantly updates the information published on the website. It is impossible, however, to guarantee that the Website is at all times error-free. The Website may contain data input errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which relate to the price and the availability of an Item and the description of the Item itself. Greyfitti reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order has been shipped, and equally reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
12.LAW APPLICABLE & COMPETENT COURT
These Terms & Conditions are subject to Dutch law. Should any problem arise when ordering or taking delivery of Greyfitti items, before taking legal action the client has the opportunity of seeking an amicable solution, particularly with the assistance of a consumer association or any other advice of his choosing. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these Terms & Conditions or from the consequences of same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties that we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the data protection Act 1998. A small fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write or email us.
The online shop www.greyfitti.com is operated according to Dutch legislation and it stores your personal data with safety for as long as you are registered with www.greyfitti.com.
Greyfitti is the owner of www.greyfitti.com. All site content including Greyfitti logo, photographs, texts, comments, works, images and designs (except for third party links) are the property of Greyfitti. Copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited without permission.

16.RE-SIZING & MEASURING YOUR FINGER
All of our rings are standard Europe sizes. If you don’t know your Europe sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions.
We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit… some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.
Please note, that resizing a ring may not always be possible. We would like to point out that if it is allowed a delay of a minimum of an extra week for the delivery must be considered. We will contact you as soon as possible by mail concerning the possibility of re-sizing and the availability of the ring. Your ring should fit your finger comfortably, snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your buckle.
Finger size changes depending on the time of the day and the weather.
For the best results measure your finger size :
- At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold).
- Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.
Avoid using string on paper to measure ring size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.
